Please read this Policy before you provide any personal information
MDS Inc. is sensitive to individual privacy issues and it is important for all applicants to know how we intend to treat personal information that is submitted. Personal information includes, without limitation, your name, email address, home address, work and/or home telephone numbers.
Collection, Use and Disclosure: The personal information requested in our application process is required by MDS so that we may evaluate your suitability for employment in our organization, and communicate with you regarding the status of your application. Once you have provided us with personal information, it will be used solely for such purposes. MDS may disclose your personal information to other authorized MDS internal recruiters worldwide who have agreed to treat the information in accordance with this Policy. MDS will not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to others. MDS will retain the personal information provided to us indefinitely for the purposes described herein unless you request the information be returned or destroyed. To ensure that our assessment of an applicant is as accurate as possible it may be necessary for an applicant to submit to an assessment or background check as a condition of hire for particular roles in our organization. The third party resources used by MDS for assessment practices will collect information from the applicant/employee directly in the assessment process and will report results back to MDS directly. An applicant can receive an individual copy of these results upon request.

In addition, you are agreeing that if requested by one of our Human Resources representatives, you will submit to a behavioral assessment and/or a background check as part of the MDS talent sourcing process.
