Our HistoryMDS was founded in 1969, as Medical Data Sciences Limited, when five entrepreneurs and former IBM co-workers recognized an opportunity to provide business and systems support to healthcare professionals. In 1973, the acronym MDS was adopted as the company began to expand into laboratory services and medical technology, and to serve global markets.
